热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的疗效评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate the curative ef icacy of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods From June 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, 52 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were treated in our hospital, which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The two groups were given the same conventional therapy, and the treatment group was added with Reduning Injection, and treated continuously for 3 days. The two groups were observed with the efficacy of treatment and drug adverse reaction. Results The total ef ective rate of control group was 80.65% (15/21), and treatment group was 96.77% (30/31). The length of hospital stay (=4.238) and the total effective rate (χ²=4.286) between the two groups had significant dif erence. Conclusion Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection has very good curative ef icacy. It is worthy of clinical application.%目的：评价热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将我院2012年6月~12月收治的62例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组。两组均采用相同的常规治疗,治疗组加用热毒宁注射液,疗程均为3d,观察两组住院时间、疗效和药物的不良反应。结果两组住院时间(t=4.238)和总有效率(字2=4.286)均有显著性差异。结论热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染有很好的疗效,值得临床推广。
