破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护功能的研究

摘要

Objective To study the liver protection of Lucidum spores powder.Methods Female rats were fed with sample 30 days by gavage, using 50% ethol to build liver injury model, then test MDA, GSH and TG in liver homogenate, conduct liver histopathological examination, and compare body weight, liver wet weight and their ratio with model group. Results The liver injury model was successfully built, and testing sample has no significant ef ect in body weight, liver weight and their ratio ( P>0.05). However MDA of middle dosage and high dosage groups were lowered significantly ( P<0.05) and GSH of middle dosage and high dosage groups were raised significantly ( P<0.05). Furthermore there was significant dif erence in histopathological examination ( P<0.01).Conclusion Lucidum spores powder could protect liver against chemical injury of liver fuction.%目的：研究破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊对酒精性肝损伤是否有辅助保护功能。方法选用健康雌性大鼠连续30d灌胃后，除阴性对照组外各组再经口灌胃给予50%乙醇，然后取肝脏检查肝匀浆中的丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量；并对肝脏进行组织病理学检查，同时观察对动物体重和肝重及肝体比的的影响。结果在酒精性肝损伤模型成立的条件下，该受试物对动物体重、肝重、肝体比均无明显影响(>0.05)；能显著降低中、高剂量组大鼠肝匀浆中的过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛含量(P<0.05)以及升高中、高剂量组大鼠肝匀浆中还原型谷胱甘肽的含量(<0.05)；组织病理学检查结果(P<0.01)为阳性。结论破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊对酒精性肝损伤有辅助保护功能。
