健康人群尿液电导率与渗透压分布性、影响因素及相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the distribution about the osmotic pressure and conductivity of healthy people's random urine,and the age and gender on the impact of them,to explore the correlation between conductivity and osmotic pressure,then discuss whether the conductivity as a new indicator to evaluate the renal concentrati-on dilution function.Methods The conductivity and osmotic pressure of 234 cases'urine (the age ranged from 0 to 80,150 cases was male and 84 cases was female) was detected by Sysmex UF-100 automated urinalyzer analyzer and the Fiske Model 210 smal volume sample algeoscopy.Results The distribution of the osmotic pressure and conductivity of healthy people was normal;P values of the osmotic pressure and electrical conductivity about the age were 0.090 and 0.286 (>0.05),the results were both no significant dif erence (under the 20 and over 60 were not be discussed);P values were both less than 0.001 on gender about them,F values were 2.371 and 0.337;the conductivity of 234 samples was highly correlated to their osmotic pre-ssure (the correlation coef icient r=0.905,the regression equation was Y=0.028X +5.645) Conclusion The distribution on the osmotic pressure and conductivity of healthy people were normal;there were no significant dif erence on age about condu-ctivity and osmotic pressure, but this conclusion requires further study to confirmed,while both were highly significant dif erences on the gender;the conductivity and osmotic pressure highly correlated, so after certain adjustment on the conductivity,it can be used for evaluating renal l concentration dilution function as a new indicator.%目的:浅析健康人群随机尿液渗透压、电导率的分布特征及年龄与性别对二者的影响,探究渗透压和电导率的相关性,得出电导率能否作为评价肾脏浓缩稀释功能新指标的相关结论。方法用UF-100流式全自动尿沉渣分析仪和FiskeR Model 210微样品渗透压仪对234例正常人尿液(年龄在80岁以下,男性150例,女性84例)的电导率与渗透压进行检测。结果健康人群随机尿液的渗透压和电导率呈正态分布;年龄段间渗透压和电导率的值分别为0.090和0.286(>0.05),无显著性差异(20岁下及60岁以上的年龄段不予讨论);男女间渗透压、电导率的P值都小于0.001,F值分别为2.371和0.337;电导率与渗透压呈正相关(相关系数r=0.905,回归方程为Y=0.028X+5.645)。结论健康人群的渗透压和电导率呈正态分布;各年龄间的渗透压和电导率均无无显著性差异,但对此结论需要进一步探讨证实,而二者在男女间均显著性极差异;健康人群的电导率与渗透压呈高度相关性,经过一定调整电导率可成为评价肾脏浓缩稀释功能的新指标。
