持续质量改进方法在护理病历质量管理中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨持续质量改进的方法，提高护理病历书写质量。方法运用PDCA循环，查找护理病历书写存在问题，设计Plan、实施Do、检验Check、应用Act，进行原因分析，制定改进措施，进行效果评价。结果将持续改进前存在问题设为对照组，改进后设为观察组，两组进行统计学分析，<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论护理病历书写水平明显提高，持续质量改进有效提高护理病历质量。%Objective To discuss the methods of constant quality improvement and improve the quality of nursing records writing.Methods By using PDCA cycle and found the problems of nursing medical records writing and analyzed the causes and formulated improvement measures and valued the ef ect.Results Set the problems existing before the improvement as the control group and The improved as observation group,Two groups were statistical y analyzed and the results had statistical significance( <0.05).Conclusion The medical records was significantly improved.The application of constant quality improvement ef ectively improve the quality of nursing records.
