目的：探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by intracranial aneurysms,aSAH)危险因素同临床预后具有的相关性,为后续临床诊断与治疗提供准确的参考依据。方法选取我院aSAH患者78例,对患者的临床资料、动脉瘤表现的特征以及APACHEⅡ评分等相关的危险因素进行准确分析。结果针对aSAH患者进行单因素分析发现,患者自身年龄以及APACHEⅡ评分等情况与临床预后具有一定的相关性,对患者进行多因素回归分析发现,患者所患动脉瘤的大小、患者出现脑血管痉挛的情况、患者出现再次出血的情况、患者Hunt-Hess分级的情况以及对患者进行APACHEⅡ评分的情况是对患者预后造成影响的独立危险因素。结论患者所患动脉瘤的大小、患者出现脑血管痉挛的情况、患者出现再次出血的情况、患者Hunt-Hess分级的情况以及对患者进行APACHEⅡ评分的情况同对患者进行预后表现了明显的相关性,对上述指标给予重视能够成功将aSAH患者临床疾病的死亡率以及患者的残疾率降低,成功凸显研究价值。%Objective To study the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage under caused by intracranial aneurysms, aSAH) risk factors has the correlation with clinical outcomes, for subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide accurate reference. Methods To choose our aSAH patients 78 cases, the clinical data of patients, aneurysm performance characteristics and APACHE II score and related risk factors for accurate analysis. Results For patients with aSAH single factor analysis found that the patient's own age and APACHE II score, and so on and so forth and have certain correlation between clinical outcomes, in patients with multiple factors regression analysis found that the size of the patients with aneurysms, the condition of the patients with cerebral vasospasm, patients bleeding again, the condition of the patient Hunt - Hess classification as wel as to the patients with APACHE II score is independent risk factors of af ect the prognosis of patients. Conclusion Patients with aneurysms, the condition of the patients with cerebral vasospasm, the size of the patients with rebleeding Hunt, the condition of the patients -Hess classification as well as to the patients with the condition of the APACHE II grading and prognosis of the patients with the condition of showed a significant correlation, the above indicators wil give at ention to succeed aSAH patients clinical disease mortality and disability rates are low, in patients with successful highlights research value.
