人性化服务在社区门诊输液护理中的应用分析

         

摘要

目的:对人性化服务在社区门诊输液护理中的应用进行分析。方法资料选取2012年5月~2013年5月我社区门诊收治的输液患者92例,分为两组,对照组患者的选择是2012年5月~12月在老门诊就诊的患者,给予对照组患者常规护理;研究组患者选择的是2012年12月~2013年5月门诊搬迁到新门诊后的患者,研究组在对照组的基础上加强人性化服务,并对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经护理后,研究组患者护理满意度100%,明显高于对照组护理满意度84.78%,比较有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化服务在社区门诊输液护理中的应用,不仅能够提升护理满意度,而且还能提升社区门诊护理的质量,值得广泛推广应用。%Objective: analysis of the application of humanized service in community nursing in outpatient infusion. Methods: from 2012 May to 2013 May data of transfusion patients in our clinic were 92 cases, divided into two groups, the control group patients were selected in 2012 May ~ 2012 December is in the old outpatients were given routine care, patients in control group; the patients in study group were selected in 2012 December ~ 2013 May is moved to the new after our patients, study group strengthen humanization service on the basis of the control group, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in two groups. Results: after nursing, nursing satisfaction of 100% patients in study group were significantly higher than the control group, nursing satisfaction 84.78%, compare with the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:the application of humanized service in community outpatient infusion care, not only can improve nursing satisfaction, but also improve the quality of community nursing in clinic, and is worth widely used.
