人性化服务在社区门诊输液护理中的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the application of humanized service in transfusion nursing at community outpatient.Methods:120 patients with transfusion at community outpatient were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction rate of 100% was significantly higher than 85% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Humanized service in transfusion nursing at community outpatient can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and the quality of nursing.%目的:探讨人性化服务在社区门诊输液护理中的应用。方法:选取门诊输液患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行人性化护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意率100%,明显高于对照组的85%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化服务在社区门诊输液护理中能够有效提高护理满意度,提高护理质量。
