Objective: To devise and explore the influence of saving red blood cells and its clinical significance using the new anticoagulants of blood preservation with glutamine. Methods:To distribute the blood specimen to experimental group A and compare group B,each group corresponding to 1~10 tube. The anticoagulant of group A is the standard sodium citrate solution and the alanyl-glutamine injection diluent, the one of group B is the standard sodium citrate solution,comparing the blood K test results of two groups in 3, 6, 9 and 12 days,and has statistics analyse. Results:The blood K values of two groups are higher than normal after blood 3, 6, 9 and 12 days, and the blood K values in group A and B al have significant dif erence (P<0.05),and the third day values have significant dif erence (P<0.05) between group A and B. Conclusion: Standard sodium citrate solution with the alanyl-glutamine injection make a new kind of anticoagulant in blood preservation liquid,and has significant protective ef ect and resist cruor to red blood cells than standard sodium citrate solution.%目的:设计添加谷氨酰胺的血液保存抗凝剂及探讨对红细胞的影响,总结其临床意义。方法选取标本分实验组 A和对照组 B,每组均为相对应的1~10管,A组抗凝剂为标准枸橼酸钠溶液和丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液稀释液,B组抗凝剂为标准枸橼酸钠液,比较两组标本在采血后第3、6、9、12d的血 K+检测结果,并予以统计分析。结果两组标本第3、6、9、12d血K+均高于正常值,A与B组内比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);A与B组间比较,第3d检测值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论标准枸橼酸钠溶液加入丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液制成新型血液保存抗凝剂,对红细胞抗凝及保护作用优于标准枸橼酸钠溶液。
