探讨糖尿病肾病患者糖化血清蛋白测定的意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the significance of glycosylated serum protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 50 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients treated in our hospital as observation group,while the patients in the same period were col ected as the control group,the number is stil 50 cases.The parameters of glycosylated protein in the two groups were analyzed.Results In the observation group,after examination,we found that the serum protein parameters were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion There are significant dif erences in the parameters of serum protein parameters of diabetic nephropathy patients and the parameters of simple diabetic patients with diabetic nephropathy.%目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者糖化血清蛋白测定的意义。方法收集我院收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组，同时收集同期收治的单纯糖尿病患者作为对照组，数量仍为50例。对两组患者的糖化蛋白的参数进行分析。结果观察组患者在经过检查后，我们发现患者的糖化血清蛋白参数明显的高于对照组患者。结论糖尿病肾病患者糖化血清蛋白参数和单纯糖尿病患者在临床上的糖化血清蛋白的参数有着显著性差异。
