消毒供应室集中管理复用器械的清洗效果分析

摘要

Objective The observation disinfection supply of ice to may duplicate uses the instrument to car y on the centralized management the ef ect and the significance. Methods Al may duplicate the entire courtyard uses the instrument to integrate the disinfection supply center centralized management,the enhancement specialized knowledge and the operation skil , the improvement purging method,the at ention clean quality monitor,after spot-checks instrument clean stochastical y the qualified rate.Results Instrument after manual clean and completely automatic clean sterilizing machine clean,range estimate inspection qualified rate 100%, magnifying glass inspection qualified rate 98.2%. Conclusion May duplicate uses the instrument centralized management to be advantageous in improves the instrument clean quality and the active control hospital infection occur ence.%目的：观察消毒供应中心对可重复使用器械进行集中管理的效果和意义。方法将全院所有可重复使用器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理，加强专业知识与操作技能，改进清洗方法，注重清洗质量监测，随机抽查器械清洗后的合格率。结果器械经手工清洗和全自动清洗消毒机清洗后，目测检查合格率100%，放大镜检查合格率98.2%。结论可重复使用器械集中管理有利于提高器械清洗质量及有效控制医院感染发生。
