医护一体化模式在培养护生临床科研能力中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨运用医护一体化的模式在培养护理专业学生临床科研能力中应用的效果。方法将60名护理本科实习生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30名。实习期间试验组采用医护一体化模式,对照组采用传统的培养方式。试验前后分别采用护理人员科研能力自评量表对两组进行调查。结果试验后,试验组科研能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(<0.05),发表护理论文数量明显增多。结论医护一体化模式能有效地提高护生的临床科研能力。%Objective To explore the effect ofdoctor-nurse collaborating model in improving nursing studentsclinical research ability.Methods We enrolled60 nursing students were randomly dividedinto experimental group (n=30)and control group (n=30).The experimental group participated in doctor-nurse collaborating modeland the control group participated in traditionaltraining methods.All thestudents filled in nursing research ability self-rating scale.Results The scores of research abilities in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group after clinicalclerkship ( <0.05) and increase in the number of papers published.Conclusion The doctor-nurse collaborating model can effectively improve research abilities of nursing students.
