西格列汀治疗口服二甲双胍效果不佳的2型糖尿病体会

摘要

Objective To analyze the experience of Sitagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with metformin intolerance.Methods Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ineffective controlled with metformin was treated with Sitagliptin based on the amount of metformin.Observe and recored the patients before treatment and after treatment of BMI,FBG,hypoglycemia incidence.Results After treatment,FBG,2hPG and HbAlc were significantly lower than those of before treatment( <0.05);patients in the treatment process did not appear severe hypoglycemia.Conclusion Sitagliptin combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes with metformin intolerance has significantly effect,can effectively reduce the metformin in patients with resistance,reduce dosage,and has higher security.%目的：分析西格列汀治疗口服二甲双胍效果不佳2型糖尿病体会。方法选取经二甲双胍治疗不佳的老年2型糖尿病患者在适量二甲双胍治疗的基础上加用西格列汀进行治疗。观察和记录患者治疗前与治疗后的BMI、FBG、低血糖等发生率情况。结果治疗后的FBG、2hPG、HbAlc均明显低于对治疗前（<0.05）；患者治疗过程中均未出现严重的低血糖反应。结论对二甲双胍效果不佳的老年2型糖尿病患者，采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗疗效显著，可有效降低患者的二甲双胍抵抗，减少用药剂量，且具有较高的安全性。
