电视胸腔镜在纵膈肿瘤中的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of video- assisted thoracotomy in mediastinal tumors. Methods The data of 122 patients with mediastinal tumors in our hospital from march 2011 to december 2014 were received video- assisted thoracoscopic surgery .56 cases of them were males .Age from 9 to 78 years.Investigate the availability and feasibility of video-assisted thoracotomy in mediastinal tumors. Results All of the patients were operated successfully without dead cases.The operation time,bleeding volume and hospital stays were 40~330min, 10~800mL, 2~18d.Conclusion Video-assisted thoracotomy in mediastinal tumors has many advantages such as little wound,recover faster,safe and effective.It is the first choice of surgical method of mediastinal tumors especially benign tumor without surgery taboo.It has affirm feasibility and clinical effects, worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨电视胸腔镜在纵膈肿瘤切除手术中临床应用及疗效。方法选择运用电视胸腔镜手术切除纵隔肿瘤的122例患者为研究对象﹐其中男性56例﹑女性66例﹐年龄9~78岁﹐平均(47.63±15.75)岁﹐分析电视胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除手术的可行性﹑有效性及疗效。结果全组122例患者均顺利完成手术﹐手术时间为40~330min﹐平均(113.07±55.70)min﹔术中出血量为10~800ml﹔手术后到出院的住院时间2~18d﹐平均(5.58±2.70)d﹔手术顺利﹐无手术死亡病例。结论胸腔镜下纵膈肿瘤手术具有手术创伤小﹑恢复快﹑安全有效的独特优势﹐如无明显手术禁忌﹐是纵膈肿瘤手术﹐尤其是良性肿瘤的首选手术方式﹐可行性及临床疗效肯定﹐值得临床推广。
