早期保守内科综合治疗对重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the ef ect of early conservative comprehensive medical treatment in patients with severe acute pancreati-tis.Methods 86 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were randomly grouped;the control group to take the general routine therapy combined with ulinastatin,octreotide,the observation group on the basis of the control group,combined with continuous blood purification treatment,com-pare and analyse the ef icacy indicators before and after the two treaments.Results After treatment,the expression level of AMY,CRP,ALT, AST,BUN and Cr in the observation group was significantly lower than the level before treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group total ef ective rate was 90.70 %,significantly higher than 79.07% in the control group,two sets of data have significant dif erences (P <0.05) .Conclusion Early comprehensive medical treatment were can significantly al eviate the condition,restore and improve the prognosis of liver and kidney function in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,and be worthy of clinical use.%目的：探讨重症急性胰腺炎患者的早期保守内科综合治疗效果。方法选取86例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组采取乌司他丁、奥曲肽等一般常规治疗，试验组在对照组治疗的基础上，联合连续性血液净化治疗；对比两组患者治疗前后的疗效观察指标，综合评价患者的临床疗效，并作对比分析。结果治疗后，试验组 AMY、CRP、ALT、AST、BUN 及 Cr 表达水平显著低于治疗前，与对照组对比，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；试验组临床总有效率为90.70％，显著大于对照组的79.07％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者的早期保守内科综合治疗的效果确切，可显著缓解病情、恢复肝肾功能及改善预后，值得临床推广使用。
