导向叶片结构对气液旋流器性能的影响研究

         

摘要

借助CFD软件,采用雷诺应力模型和DPM模型对某新型轴流导叶式旋流器内气液两相流场进行了数值模拟,通过对具有不同结构参数导向叶片的旋流器流场进行建模分析,得到了导叶结构参数对旋流器流场速度分布、分离效率及能量损耗的影响规律。结果表明:轴流导叶时旋流器流场分布对称,减小导叶出口角及增大导叶扭转角都能增大分离区切向速度,提高分离效率,且增大扭转角效果更加明显,但同时两者都使压降线性增大。%By using CFD software and based on Reynolds stress model and discrete phase model, gas and liquid two phase lfow ifeld in one new axial flow vane guided cyclone was numerical simulated. Through the analysis of flow fields in cyclones with different structure of guide vane, the inlfuences of guide vane structure to the velocity distribution in cyclone, the separation effects and energy consumption were determined. It was shown that the velocity distribution in cyclone lfow ifeld is symmetry when axial lfow guide vane is used. Reduction of outlet angle of guide vane or increase of torsion angle of guide vane can raise tangent velocity in separation zone and enhance the separation effects;moreover, increase of torsion angle has better effect. However, both of them will linearly increase the pressure drop.
