针对工程车辆传动系统工作过程油温过高导致车辆工作效率不高的问题,对传动系统的变速箱部分进行热平衡分析。以某工程车辆的变速箱齿轮传动系统作为研究对象,用热网络法建立了该系统稳态工作状况下的热平衡方程组,并给出了相应的功率损失、热阻及对流换热系数的计算模型。采用自行编制的计算程序对方程进行求解,得出了在稳态条件下达到热平衡状态时变速箱内各节点的温度分布,为车辆传动箱的分析设计提供了理论参考。%To enhance a construction vehicle′s transmission efficiency and solve the problem of too high oil temperature when its transmission system is working,we analyze the heat balance in the transmission gearbox.We study the construction vehicle′s gearbox transmission system,use the thermal network method to establish the heat balance equations under its steady-state working condition and the models for calculating its power loss,thermal resistance and convection heat transfer coefficients.We use the calculation programs developed by ourselves to solve the equations,thus obtaining the temperature distributions at various parts of the transmission gearbox when the transmission system reaches heat balance under its steady-state condition.
