微球脱粘测试实验设备研究

摘要

微球脱粘实验是研究复合材料界面强度的一种先进技术。根据微球脱粘测试实验的要求，研制了微球脱粘测试仪；论述了仪器的总体设计方法、微球脱粘方案、人机交互界面等。该设备成功表征了复合材料界面性能，对于复合材料两相间界面粘结状况、界面设计的研究是一种十分有效的测试手段。%Micro-debond test is an advanced technique to measure the interfacial shear strength of composites .According to the experimental requirements , a micro-debond test instrument is developed . The paper discusses the overall design approach , micro-debond program , and the human-machine interface of the instrument . It successfully characterized the performance of composite interface ,and will be a very effective means for the research of interface bonding condition of two phases of the composite , as well as the design of the interface .
