摘要

Bimetal strip is the core component of over-load protector .The consistency of bimetal strip recovery temperature has a major impact on the performance of overload protector .In this paper ,a new device is developed to detect bimetal strip's recovery temperature ,this new device has simple structure ,low cost and high efficiency ,and is very suitable for mass production .%蝶形双金属片是过载保护器的核心元件，其恢复温度的一致性对过载保护器的性能有着重要的影响。介绍了一种适合于工业生产应用的蝶形双金属片恢复温度自动分选线，该设备结构简单、成本低、效率高，能满足企业大批量生产的需求。
