某机车用柴油发电机组的隔振设计及优化

     

摘要

Based on the structure and material properties of a locomotive diesel generator set ,the three-dimensional entity model of the generator set was established by Pro/E .In accordance with the design requirements of the isolator and the generator set proper-ties ,a set of isolator models were set up .The models were inputted into ANSYS Workbench ,the simulation analysis of the entire generator set with vibration isolator was conducted ,and the factors affecting the isolation effect were discussed .This study can pro-vide a reference for practical engineering applications .%基于机车用柴油发电机组的结构及材料属性,利用Pro/E三维实体设计功能,建立了符合要求的有限元模型。按照隔振器的设计要求及发电机组属性,设计了符合要求的隔振器。将装有隔振器的柴油发电机组模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件中,对整个发电机组隔振模型进行振动分析,并且对影响隔振效果的因素进行探讨分析,分析结果可为实际工程应用提供参考。
