电牵引采煤机是现代化井下煤炭开采中的关键设备,牵引链轮是采煤机工作过程中的关键部件,它的寿命和强度对于采煤机安全可靠运行有重要影响。在煤矿使用中采煤机链轮经常会发生磨损失效,严重时会发生断齿,影响煤矿的正常生产。通过分析采煤机链轮失效原因,提出相应对策,优化了链轮齿形以使其达到最佳啮合状态,重新选用了18Cr2Ni4W作为链轮材料,并优化了热处理工艺,提高了链轮的使用强度和寿命。%Electric traction shearer is the key equipment in modern underground coal mining ,and traction chain wheel is the key component in the coal winning machine ,its life and strength is important for the safe and reliable operation of the coal winning machine .In this article , by analyzing the shearer sprocket failure reasons , we put forward corresponding countermeasures , optimized the tooth profile of sprocket to get optimal engagement state ,reselected 18Cr2Ni4W as the sprocket material and optimized heat treatment process to improve the mechanical strength of chain wheels .
