基于 LabVIEW 的测量角度自动修正的位移测量系统

     

摘要

针对传统位移计只能测量被测面垂直位移反应,不方便应用于一些特殊场合的情况,提出了基于LabVIEW软件的测量角度自动修正的位移测量系统。测量系统首先利用3D角度传感器测量初始安装平面与变形表面的空间矢量夹角,在随后正式的测量过程中根据夹角余弦值(或正弦值)对激光位移计测得的位移值进行角度修正,由此可得到被测面的准确位移值。%In the general ,the traditional displacement sensors can be used for measuring the vertical deformation of test object ,which is limitation to be applied to the specialized measurement fields .In order to solve this problem ,this paper introduces a displacement measuring system with installing angle self-correcting based on LabVIEW .The system can get the spatial angle between the initial installation plane and the deformation plane by 3D angle sensor ,and the angle’s cosine (sine) is multiplied by displacement which is measured by laser displacement meter during the following measurement ,thus we can get the real displacement value .
