模糊PID控制在锅炉燃烧系统中的应用

摘要

以北方稀土20t/h燃气锅炉为研究对象,首先阐述传统PID对燃气锅炉燃烧系统的控制作用,随后提出燃气锅炉模糊PID控制方案,并探究模糊PID控制系统的实现过程,最终通过MATLAB软件对两种控制系统的控制效果进行仿真和比较.结果表明:模糊PID控制的燃烧系统更稳定、效率更高,具有更强的抗干扰性和鲁棒性.%Takeing 20 t/h gas-fired boiler of North Rare Earth as research object,this paper explains the control functions of traditional PID in gas boiler combustion system at first.Then it proposes the fuzzy PID control scheme of gas boiler,and explores the realization process of the fuzzy PID control system.Finally it compares the control effects of the two control methods by simulation in MATLAB.The results show the combustion system controlled by the fuzzy PID is more stable and efficient,and with stronger anti-interference and robustness.
