拧紧转速对螺栓联接可靠性分析

             

摘要

为了探究不同拧紧转速对螺栓联接效果的影响,利用螺栓多功能紧固分析系统对螺栓在转速为20 r/min、30 r/min、40 r/min、50 r/min、60 r/min、70 r/min的条件下进行扭矩—夹紧力试验,并对螺栓摩擦面进行温度监测。结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,随着拧紧转速的增加,螺栓的摩擦系数逐渐降低;同时引起摩擦面温度逐渐升高,摩擦系数减小。摩擦系数降低导致扭矩系数减小,则扭矩转化的轴向夹紧力较大,充分发挥了螺栓的使用效能。因此,在螺栓的实际装配过程中,适当提高拧紧转速对于保证螺栓联接可靠性具有重要意义。%In order to explore the effects of the different tightening speed on the bolt connection,having done a bolt torque/clamping force test with multifunctional fastening system under the speed conditions of 20r/min, 30 r/min, 40 r/min, 50 r/min, 60 r/min, 70 r/min, and having measured the temperature of friction surface﹒The result shows that under the dry friction condition,the friction coefficient of bolt gradually reduced with the increase of tightening speed,and the temperature of friction surface gradually increased at the same time and the friction coefficient decreased﹒The decrease of friction coefficient led to the decrease of torque coefficient, therefore, axial clamping force transformed from the torque was bigger,so that the use efficiency of bolts was fully played﹒As a result,during the course of the actual assembly of the bolt,improving tightening speed properly is significant to ensure the bolt connection reliability.
