螺栓联接的模糊可靠性分析

         

摘要

Several primary fuzzy and random factors were considered in the complex function, which was built by the basic random and fuzzy variables of stress or intensity. The fuzzy variables were converted into equivalent random variables which were included in limit sate equations. The fuzzy reliability was analyzed by first order second moment and advanced first order second moment in traditional reliability theory. The reliability index and failure probability of bolt coupling were obtained, and an example was given. It has great practicability and commonality by analyzing the result.%对应力或强度是设计基本随机变量和设计基本模糊变量的复杂函数,考虑几种主要参数的模糊性和随机性,通过把模糊变量变换为当量随机变量,再利用仅含有当量随机变量的极限状态方程,用传统可靠性理论中的一次二阶矩法和改进的一次二阶矩法对螺栓联接的模糊可靠性进行分析.得到了螺栓联接的可靠性指数和失效概率,并给出了算例.对其进行分析的结果表明,该方法具有较高的实用性和通用性.
