Food Science and Human Wellness (FSHW ISSN:2213-4530) publishes original research papers demonstrating the latest advancement of multidisciplinary subjects related to food science and human health. Topics may include but not limited to:nutriology, biochemistry, microbiology,immunology and toxicology. Papers regarding components of food especially nutrients and non-nutrient bioactive compounds (with putative health benefits) are welcomed.
