鱼肉制品中多氯联苯的检测-气相色谱串联质谱法

         

摘要

建立了鱼肉制品中7种多氯联苯(包括PCB28,PCB52,PCB101,PCB118,PCB153,PCB138,PCB180)残留量的气相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法.该方法以PCB198为定量内标,在试样中加入内标,经水浴超声提取2h,并硫酸净化处理,再固相萃取柱净化,用气相色谱-串联质谱检测,内标法定量.本方法定量限为0.5μg/kg,线性范围为5~100ng/mL.多氯联苯添加水平为0.5~2μg/kg时,样品中的回收率在70%~105%之间.%Gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry detection method was established for determination of 7 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls (including PCB28, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB153, PCB138, PCB180) residues in fish products.The PCB198 was used as quantitative internal standard.The internal standard was added in the sample, the sample was extracted with water bath ultrasonic method for 2 hours, purified by sulfuric acid, then purified again by solid phase extraction column and detected by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Internal standard method was used for quantitative determination.The limit of quantification was 0.5 μg/kg and the linear range was 5~100 ng/mL.When adding level of polychlorinated biphenyls was 0.5~2 μg/kg, and the recovery rate of sample was 70%~105%.
