基于MC9S12的电控燃料喷射系统研究

         

摘要

利用单片机MC9S12,在单缸柴油机基础上设计乙醇/柴油双燃料发动机电控燃料喷射系统.分析了系统组成及功能,设计系统硬件电路,利用单片机输入捕捉输出比较时序控制、燃料喷射脉宽脉谱和双线性插值查表算法实现对乙醇燃料喷射量的精确控制.仿真及试验测试表明,利用该系统可实现不同工况下乙醇燃料变脉宽喷射,有效地进行乙醇/柴油混合燃烧和排放试验.%A new electronic control fuel injection system of ethanol-diesel engine was developed based on the single-cylinder diesel engine by using microprocessor MC9S12. The composition and function of the system were analyzed, the hardware circuit was designed, and the precise control of ethanol fuel injection quantity was realized by using timing control of input capture and output compare of the microprocessor, fuel injection pulse width map and bilinear interpolation algorithm. Simulation and experimental tests showed that variable injection width of ethanol fuel could be realized under different conditions, and the experiment of ethanol-diesel mixture combustion and exhaust emissions could be done effectively.
