掺杂对TiC基金属陶瓷性能的影响

     

摘要

采用回归正交法设计掺杂TiC试样真空炉烧结试验,通过测定烧结样的电阻率、抗弯强度、线收缩率,研究了掺杂成分对TiC基金属陶瓷导电性、致密性、力学性能的影响.分析发现,掺杂对烧结体的电阻率影响不显著;烧结体的线收缩率随Cu含量增加而提高,随Ti(C,N)、Co含量增加而下降,Ti(C,N)的影响大于Co;烧结体的抗弯强度随Cu、Ni含量增加而提高,增加Ti(C,N)、Co含量,烧结体的抗弯强度呈现先增后减的变化,其中Cu的影响最大;Cr3C2对烧结体的线收缩率、抗弯强度基本不产生影响.综合对TiC烧结体的导电性、抗弯强度、线收缩率影响来看,较有益的成分是Cu,其次是Ni.%The sintering tests of TiC with different content of additions were designed with orthogonal regres-sion and done in vacuum electric furnace. The resistivity, bending strength and linear shrinkage of sintering samples were measured to investigate the effect of additions on the conductivity, density, mechanical properties of TiC-based metallic ceramic. It is found that all additions have no significant effect on the resistivity of sintering samples; the linear shrinkage increases with increasing of content of Cu, however, reducing with increasing of content of Ti(C, N) and Co, where the effect of Ti(C, N) is greater than that of Co; the bending strength increases with increasing of content of Cu and Ni, but first increasing and then reducing with increasing of content of Ti(CN) and Co, where the effect of Cu is the largest; Cr3C2 have no effect on the both. In general, Cu is a more beneficial component, followed by Ni.
