立式加工中心工作台仿生布筋设计与静刚度研究

         

摘要

In order to meet the requirements of lightweight design of high-speed vertical machining center worktable,three different reinforcement schemes are designed.3D models of worktable was set up,and then the static performance of the worktable was analyzed.The average composite static stiffness of uniformed and reinforced was higher 7.88% and 4.19% than worktable with original bionic,and the mass of worktable was increased 13.48kg and 14.45kg,however,the ratio of mass and stiffness of reinforced worktable was increased 2.1% than worktable with original bionic.Uniform rib plate decreased.It is shown that the bionic structure is important for the lightweight of the worktable.%针对高速立式加工中心工作台的轻量化设计要求,设计了三种不同的布筋方案,绘制了其三维模型,分析了不同布筋工作台的静态性能,得出了各向静刚度及平均复合静刚度,其加强型布筋和均匀型布筋工作台分别比原型仿生布筋工作台提高了7.88%和4.19%,质量分别增加了13.48 kg和14.45 kg,但加强型筋板的单位质量刚度比原型提高了2.1%,均匀型筋板有所下降,进而说明了仿生结构对于工作台的轻量化有重要意义.
