为了提高高速加工中心工作台系统的静刚度,提出复合筋板工作台结构,并对其进行静动态特性分析。根据静力学分析结果,提出改变工作台筋板尺寸的优化方案,得出厚度为15 mm的筋板其静态性能较佳的结论,并且使工作台系统的质量减少了23.2 kg;根据动力学分析结果,得出其结构的动刚度不足、抗振性能不能满足结构设计需要的结论,为同类问题的结构改进提供理论依据。%In order to enhance static stiffness of the worktable system of highspeed vertical machining center,a new compositedribs worktable was proposed and its static and dynamic characters were analyzed in ANSYS Workbench. According to the static analysis results,ribs’size was changed for optimization. It is concluded that the ribs with thickness of 15 mm has the better static performance,and the quality of the worktable system has reduced 23.2 kg. According to the dynamic analysis results,it is found that the structure’dynamic performance is not enough and vibrationproof performance can not meet the design requirements. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the similar structure improvement.
