DVG850高速立式加工中心复合筋工作台系统的静动态特性分析

         

摘要

为了提高高速加工中心工作台系统的静刚度,提出复合筋板工作台结构,并对其进行静动态特性分析。根据静力学分析结果,提出改变工作台筋板尺寸的优化方案,得出厚度为15 mm的筋板其静态性能较佳的结论,并且使工作台系统的质量减少了23.2 kg;根据动力学分析结果,得出其结构的动刚度不足、抗振性能不能满足结构设计需要的结论,为同类问题的结构改进提供理论依据。%In order to enhance static stiffness of the worktable system of highspeed vertical machining center,a new compositedribs worktable was proposed and its static and dynamic characters were analyzed in ANSYS Workbench. According to the static analysis results,ribs’size was changed for optimization. It is concluded that the ribs with thickness of 15 mm has the better static performance,and the quality of the worktable system has reduced 23.2 kg. According to the dynamic analysis results,it is found that the structure’dynamic performance is not enough and vibrationproof performance can not meet the design requirements. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the similar structure improvement.
