DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS APPARATUS OF A SUPER SPEED AIR BEARING SPINDLE FOR PREVENTING THE VIBRATION OF AN AIR BEARING SPINDLE BY ANALYZING THE EFFECT THAT OPERATION CONDITIONS EXERT ON THE DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTIC OF A SPINDLE
PURPOSE: A dynamic characteristic analysis apparatus of a super speed air bearing spindle is provided to systematically analyze the effect that rotation speed, rotation unbalance, air pressure, and load capacity exert on the dynamic characteristic of a spindle.;CONSTITUTION: A dynamic characteristic analysis apparatus of a super speed air bearing spindle is composed of a shaft, a BLDC(Brushless Direct Current) motor(20), a housing(30), an air supply unit(40), a humidity control unit(50), a vibration sensing unit(60), a signal processing unit(70), a display unit(80), and a load applying device(100). The vibration sensing unit is installed in the housing of a spindle. The vibration sensing unit measures the radial vibration about the shaft of the spindle. The signal processing unit removes the noises of the electric signal generated in the vibration sensing unit, amplifies the signal, and converts the analog signal to the digital signal. The display unit displays data about the vibration obtained from the signal processing unit. The load applying device applies the load to the end(E) of the shaft horizontally and axially.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
