Taking holder precise molding parts as the carrier,the thesis analyzes requirements of flatness error of plastic holder and characteristics of plastic components structure.According to force analysis of demoulding,dynamic and two-way ejecting mechanism is applied to avoid both-way tension to plastic holder,and the simulation software is used to aid design.The gate location and gating system is reasonably designed to ensure the requirements on tolerance grade of high planeness of plastic holder,which achieves the high accuracy of plastic components and effective volume production.This design will obtain good application effects.%以支架精密注塑件为载体,分析了塑件的平面度公差要求与塑件结构的特征,根据塑件脱模时的受力分析,采用动定模双向推出机构,使支架塑件不受双向拉力,同时应用模拟分析软件进行辅助设计,合理设置了浇口位置与浇注系统形式,保证了支架塑件高平面度公差精度的要求,实现了精密注塑件高精度、高效率的批量生产,取得了良好的应用效果.
