热泵压缩机氟利昂气体止推轴承静态特性研究

         

摘要

针对空间微重力条件下热泵压缩机润滑问题,提出了以氟利昂为润滑工质的气浮轴承,采用数值模拟的方法研究了R134 a、R23、R22等不同氟利昂工质的止推气浮轴承的静承载力、静刚度、质量流量等特性.结果表明,使用相对分子质量大的润滑气体会减小轴承的承载力,但在气膜厚度较小时能获得较大的静刚度;在几何参数相同的条件下,气浮轴承的质量流量随着润滑气体相对分子质量的增大而增大.%For the limitation of traditional lubrication technology applied in space microgravity, a gas bearing with Freon was proposed as a technical solution to the lubrication problem of the heat pump compressors. The load capacity, the stiffness and the mass flow rate of the thrust bearing with differ-ent Freon, such as R134a, R23, R22 et al, were studied by numerical simulation. The results showed that larger relative molecular mass of the lubricating gas would decrease the load capacity, but larger stiffness was obtained when the film thickness was small. At the same time, under the same geometrical parameters, the mass flow rate of the gas bearing increased with the relative molec-ular mass of the lubricating gas.
