浅议事业单位劳动工资统计中的问题及对策建议

With the development of the economy and the reform of personnel system,labor wage statistics has increasingly prominent role in the management of the institutions.This paper analyzed the problems of the labor wage statistics,and put forward some reasonable suggestions for improve the wage statistics.%随着经济的发展和事业单位人事制度改革的深化,劳动工资统计工作在事业单位管理中的作用日益凸显。该文就事业单位劳动工资统计中存在的问题进行初步分析,并针对如何做好事业单位劳动工资统计工作提出了合理的对策建议。
