咖啡产业链拓展和优化的制约因素及对策

摘要

咖啡产业链是市场农业发展到一定阶段的产物,是农业产业链理论在咖啡领域的具体运用。文章论述了咖啡产业链的内涵及我国咖啡产业的发展现状,分析了制约我国咖啡产业链拓展和优化的主要因素,提出了促进咖啡产品链、技术链、组织链、信息链和资金链的有机结合,形成研发、生产、加工、运输、销售、旅游、文化等各环节循环发展的咖啡产业链思路,以及咖啡产业链拓展和优化的对策,以期推进我国咖啡产业可持续发展。%Coffee industrial chain is the product of market agriculture developed to a certain stage. It is the application of industrial chain theory in the area of coffee. The content of coffee industrial chain and current status of China＇s coffee industry was discussed in the paper. Main factors limited the expansion and optimization of China＇s coffee industrial chain were analyzed. It was suggested that coffee product chain, technology chain, organization chain, the information chain, and the capital chain should be combined to form a circular development of R ＆ D, production, processing, transportation, sales, tourism, cuhure and other aspects. These countermeasures eanpromote the sustainable development of China＇s coffee industry.
