一种环保型秸秆代木吸声板干法制造方法

摘要

提出了一种环保型秸秆代木吸声板干法制造方法,以农作物秸秆及植物纤维等可再生农林废弃物为原料,辅以环保型淀粉胶,采用挤压机构一次成型,得到强度高、质量轻、生态环保的秸秆代木吸声板.%A method for manufacturing green acoustic board in dry process with straw instead of wood was proposed.This method takes crop straw and plant fiber and other renewable agriculture and forestry waste as raw material,supplemented by environmentally friendly starch glue.The extrusion mechanism is used for single forming of high strength,light weight,eco-friendly acoustic board that takes straw instead of the wood material.
