主电机噪声信号的采集分析与噪声控制

         

摘要

Based on the LabVIEW technology platform and in combination with the signal acquisition hardware,the noise signal acquisition and analysis system for the electromechanical equipment was developed.This system can be utilized to carry out signal acquisition and analysis of the running noise in the main motor and gather the dominant frequency generated by the noise.With the dominant frequency as the center frequency for noise control,the microperforated panel theory was used to develop the noise control scheme and then,the acoustic enclosure with microperforated panel sound absorbing structure was designed.Through actual measurement it shows that when the acoustic enclosure is installed,the noise of the main motor can satisfy the requirements for environmental impact assessment and occupational health assessment.%基于LabVIEW技术平台,结合信号采集硬件,开发了机电设备噪声信号采集分析系统.利用这一系统对主电机运行噪声进行信号采集分析,得出噪声产生的主频率.以主频率为噪声控制中心频率,利用微穿孔板理论,制定了噪声控制方案,设计了带微穿孔板吸声结构的隔声罩.经实测,采用隔声罩后主电机噪声符合环境影响评价和职业卫生评价的要求.
