This paper has discussed a kind of composition principle and realization method of the vibration and noise signal acquisition analysis system based on FPGA and USB interface technology ,and has analyzed all functional modules in detail. This scheme have realized completely in systematic programming and disposition. The system uses AD6640 and parallel processing technique of FPGA to acquire and process data. By the USB2.0 interface, the sampling result processed by FPGA is sent to the computer for being analysed and displayed. In addition,computer application program easily realizes rich graph interface and have good man-machine interaction.
