无人潜航器舵板与舵杆的通用结构设计

摘要

The structure of the rudder plate and the rudder stock in UUV is quite different from that of ordinary ships,and no unitized design has yet been formed.Based on the analysis of the structure of the rudder plate and the rudder stock,a design of the universal structure for the rudder plate and rudder stock of UUV was introduced with engineering application value from the aspects of material selection,calculation of rudder stock diameter and sealing of output shaft of the steering gear.%无人潜航器中舵板与舵杆的结构相较普通船舶有较大区别,目前尚未形成通用化设计.在分析舵板与舵杆结构的基础上,从材料选用、舵杆直径计算、舵机输出轴密封等方面介绍了一种无人潜航器舵板与舵杆的通用结构设计,具有工程应用价值.
