性能台六维力传感器在线校准加载装置设计与研究

     

摘要

弱撞击式对接机构对接性能试验台为探月工程对接机构地面对接性能试验的试验台,主要提供进行对接、保持、分离等地面试验的试验条件.性能台上六维力传感器的精度对于性能台的测试性能有着较大的影响.这里为了在线对六维力传感器进行校准,首先分析了力和力矩实现校准的原理,并以X向力和Y,Z向力矩的校准为例,设计出校准加载装置,并对该装置主要受力部件利用Mechanica软件进行静力学分析,为下一步工作奠定了基础.%The docking performance test bench with weak percussive docking mechanism(referred to as the performance test bench)is the system to test the docking performance of the docking mechanism on the ground for lunar exploration,mainly providing the on-ground test conditions like docking,maintaining,and separating.The performance of the test bench is greatly influenced by the precision of the six-axis force sensor on the bench.The principle of force and torque calibration was firstly analyzed to correct the six-axis force sensor online;Secondly,the online calibration device was designed by taking the calibration of X force,Y torque,and Z torque as an example,and the statics analysis was conducted on the main components of the device by using Pro/Mechanica software.The research laid the foundation for the future work.
