滚筒输送线网络化控制系统研究

         

摘要

针对滚筒输送线系统的参数化设计需求,引入网络化控制,采用分层结构的思想对控制系统架构重新设计,明确了各层的功能及接口,分析了系统搭建的具体流程.对滚筒输送线的模块实体进行建模,选用图形数据结构来存储模块之间的联接关系,通过对图形进行深度优先遍历,获得输送线从多入口到多出口的路径,作为控制器路径选择的依据;给出了基于以太网构建网络化控制系统的方案,设计了基于TCP/IP协议栈的主从站之间的通信消息结构和消息解析算法.研究表明,该方案可以快速灵活地搭建较为复杂的、个性化的输送线系统,实现参数化设计,可以满足实际应用的需要.%To meet the parametric design requirements of roller conveying line system,this paper, based on the idea of hierarchical structure and networked control,redesigned the structure of the control system,which clarified the function and interface of each layer,and then analyzed the specific process of the system set-up.The modules of roller conveying line was firstly modeled,and then the graph data structure was used to store the connection relation between the modules.Next,the path of the transmis-sion line from the multi-inlet to the multi-exit was obtained by the depth-first traversal of the graph, which was adopted as the basis for selecting the path of controller.Finally,the scheme of constructing the networked control system based on Ethernet was given,and the communication message structure and message resolution algorithm between master and slave stations were designed based on TCP/IP protocol stack.The results indicate that the scheme can be used to build a more complex and personalized transmis-sion line system in a rapid and flexible way,which can meet the needs of practical application.
