压电振动送料装置的研究现状及其应用

摘要

压电振动送料装置是一种快速发展起来的新型自动送料装置,与传统振动送料装置相比较,它在结构、噪音、输送精度、驱动源等方面都具有不可替代的优点.介绍了国外近几年出现的几种压电振动送料装置,分析总结了他们各自结构上的优点和缺点.在此基础上列举了国内报道的几种压电振动送料装置的结构及其工作机理,并总结了他们的特点.最后分析了压电振动送料装置在微精量输送、变量输送、自动化生产线和其他固体颗粒物料加工设备等方面的应用前景.%The piezoelectric vibratory feeder is a new automatic feeder developed rapidly,compared with traditional vibratory feeder ,the advantages of piezoelectric vibratory feeder is irreplaceable in structure , noise, conveying precision and driving source.The article introduces several foreign piezoelectric vibratory feeders available in recent years,which advantages and shortcomings in structure are analyzed and summarized,based on which the structure and work principle of several types piezoelectric vibratory feeders reported domestically are enumerated in the article and their characteristics are summarizedAt last,the application prospect of the piezoelectric vibratory feeder is studied in accurate conveying,variable conveying, automatic production lines and processing equipment of other solid particles material.
