汽车双离合器自动变速器的模糊控制

         

摘要

Aiming at the highly non-linear characteristic of dual-clutch transmission,fuzzy logic control method was used to the control of the automatic shift and alternative engagement of the dual — clutches.The non-linear map from throttle, car speed to shift and clutches rotate speed difference,and the acceleration of the difference to pressure were built.The satisfying membership function,rules,de —fuzzy method were designed.The simulation and analysis were carried out.The fuzzy control method can achieve automatic shift and the pressure demand of the dual—clutches during alternating.lt has great engineering significance for the intelligent control and future industrialization of the dual—clutch transmission system.%针对双离合器自动变速器(DCT)自动换挡及双离合器交替结合中控制的高度非线型,采用模糊控制方法,建立了节气门开度、车速输入与档位输出的非线性映射,以及离合器转速差、离合器转速差加速度与离合器结合压力之间的非线性映射,设计了满足控制精度的隶属度函数、推理规则和解模糊方法,并进行了仿真分析.模糊控制可很好地实现车辆行驶中的自动换挡、双离合器交替结合时的压力输出,对DCT的智能控制及其实用化具有重要的工程应用意义.
