基于RIA的机械产品仿真流程建模方法研究

摘要

In order to manage the process of mechanical collaborative simulation effectively, a simulation -flow modeling method of mechanical product based on RIA (Rich Internet Application )is proposed for collaborative simulation environment. Through analyzing the features of simulation -flow of mechanical product, combining with the concept of component development, a flow model is brought forward, which is suitable for displaying simulation flow on the web page. The technologies of establishing process on the web page are studied, and a layout algorithm based on calculating and distributing the coordinates of components is presented. Finally, a gear box noise analysis flow is used to verify the applicability and availability of the method.%为了对机械产品协同仿真过程进行有效的管理,面向协同仿真环境,提出了一种基于富因特网应用(PIA,Rich Internet Application)的机械产品仿真流程建模方法.通过对机械产品仿真流程特点的分析,结合组件开发思想,设计了一种便于在网页上进行交互编辑、显示的流程模型,研究了在网页上以拖拽方式创建流程的方法,并建立了一种基于坐标计算分配的流程布局算法,最后应用该建模方法对某减速箱噪声分析流程进行建模.结果表明:该建模方法是可行的、有效的.
