基于缺陷概率的焊接工艺可靠性优化

         

摘要

在焊接结构的生产过程中,焊接工艺起着至关重要的作用.以多目标优化问题和不确定性设计优化为基础,提出了基于可靠性的多目标设计优化(RBMOP)和顺序优化和可靠性评估方法(SORA)相结合的方式,解决以缺陷概率为目标函数的焊接工艺可靠性优化问题,根据焊接工艺参数和焊接缺陷之间的非线性关系,建立以焊接工艺参数为优化变量,以裂纹和孔穴为目标函数的多目标优化模型.研究表明,在目标函数值和缺陷概率值在许用的范围内时,得到优化后的焊接工艺参数,保证良好的焊接工艺可靠性,并提出了焊接速度是影响焊接工艺可靠性最关键的参数;通过计算焊接工艺的缺陷概率,对焊接缺陷的预防和控制有重要的意义.%In the process of production of welding structure,welding process plays a vital role.Based on multi-objective optimization problems and uncertainty optimization design as the foundation,proposed based on the reliability of the multiobjective design optimization (RBMOP) and sequence optimization and reliability evaluation method (SORA),combining them to solve defects of welding process reliability optimization problems,according to the nonlinear relationship between welding parameters and weld defects,establish a welding process parameters as optimization variables,cracks and poresfor multi-objective optimization model of objective function.Studies have shown that defect in the objective function value and the probability value in the range of allowable,get the optimized welding process parameters,to guarantee the credibility of good welding process,and puts forward the welding speed is the most key parameters affect the welding process reliability,By calculating the probability of welding defects,the prevention and control of the weld defects have important meaning.
