传力性能最佳的有急回曲柄摇杆机构的设计

         

摘要

分析了Ⅰ型曲柄摇杆机构极位夹角的可能取值:零度、锐角、直角和钝角,推导出上述各情况下杆长间的关系式.建立了最小传动角γmin与曲柄固定铰链中心A的位置角Φ和极位夹角θ的数理关系,对A点位置角Φ的可行域和极位夹角θ的最大值给出了量化描述.以Mathematica为工具,开发了曲柄摇杆机构设计系统,绘制出γmin-θ-Φ的三维曲面图.根据该图能迅速直观地获得最小传动角γmin为最大的曲柄固定铰链中心A的位置,快速完成传力性能最佳的具有急回特性的曲柄摇杆机构的尺度设计.%The possible values of extreme position angle forⅠtype crank-rocker mechanism are analyzed,that is the zero angle, acute angle,right angle and the obtuse angle.For the above cases,the relations on the bar length are derived.The mathematical relations between the minimum transmission angle γminand the position angle Φ of the crank's fixed hinge center A and the extreme position angle θ is established.A quantitative description for the feasible region of the position angle Φ and the maximum value of the extreme position angle θ is provided.Using Mathematica as a tool,the crank rocker mechanism design system is developed,three-dimensional surface charts of γmin-θ-Φ are drown.Which can obtain the crank's position angle Φ corresponding to the maximum of the minimum transmission angle γminquickly and directly,can finish the dimensional design of crank-rocker mechanism with the optimum transmission performance and the Quick-Return characteristics.
