According to the characteristics of low damping and easy vibration of ordinary direct relief valve, an active control technique is presented. The technology is through the comparison of the real-time detection of the valve port pressure and the setting pressure, using of the deviation to control the front cavity volume of relief valve, so as to control the inlet pressure to improve the stability of the valve spool. Analyzed the working principle of the direct relief valve, established the system model using AMESIM software, simulated and analyzed the adaptive capacity of the active vibration suppress direct relief valve to the different pressure, flow and volume elastic modulus of the oil. The results show that the active vibration suppress relief valve has strongly stable capacity and can suit to the different working conditions.%针对普通直动式溢流阀低阻尼易振动的特点,提出了一种溢流阀主动控制技术.该技术实时检测阀口压力与调定压力进行比较,利用偏差控制溢流阀前腔容积大小从而控制入口压力的方式来提高溢流阀阀芯的稳定性.分析了直动式溢流阀主动控制系统的工作原理,利用AMESIM软件建立系统模型,仿真分析了主动减振直动式溢流阀对不同压力、流量以及油液体积弹性模量的适应能力.结果表明:主动减振溢流阀具有较强的阀芯稳定能力和较好的适应工况变化的能力.
