The effective orifice area was adopted to depict the relationship between the flow and the pressure drop and the model was built.The proportional hydraulic circuit is realized based on the FESTO hydraulic platform, and the Least Square method is adopted to identify the model parameters based on the experimental data.The result proves the method's correctness and the feasibility.And the second order transfer function between the effective orifice area and the valve control signal is built.%采用有效通流面积参数描述比例阀阀口流量与阀口压降之间的关系并建立其模型.基于FESTO液压实验平台搭建液压回路,根据采集的实验数据,采用最小二乘法辨识模型参数,得到比例阀的有效通流面积和控制信号的二阶传递函数.实验结果证明了该方法的正确性和可行性.
