基于自适应的液压夹具压力控制的研究

             

摘要

Being subjected to the serious outside interference on the hydraulic fixture of machine tool, the clamping force could not be obtained accurately, in order to improve the clamping accuracy, the self-adaptive control method was put forward. According to the principle of work piece fixture, the hydraulic simulation model of fixture control system was established by using of AMESim and simulinfc. Tie simulation results show that the system has the strong anti-interference ability under the help of self-adaptive controller, and the clamping accuracy is also improved.%机床液压夹具受外界干扰严重,常用的PID控制不能得到精确的夹紧力,为此,提出基于自适应控制方法,根据夹具的工件原理,利用AMESim对液压夹具控制系统建立仿真模型并进行仿真.仿真结果表明:液压夹具在自适应控制器作用下抗干扰能力强,可保持良好的压力跟踪能力.
