Shearer drum automatic height adjustment is one of the key technologies of realizing the automation of coal mining. Considering a single technology of memory cutting can not adapt to the complex geological conditions in our country, a hydraulic control method of automatic height adjustment for shearer drum was proposed based on memory cutting and coal-rock boundaries identification by cutting load analysis. The experimental results from coal mine underground show that using this method, the abnormal state of shearer drum cutting rock can be identified based on automatic tracking memory cutting path, and the drum height can be automatically adjusted. This method can satisfy the control requirements of shearer drum automatic height adjustment under complex geological conditions.%采煤机滚筒自动调高是实现煤矿综采自动化的关键技术之一.针对单一的采煤机记忆切割技术不适合我国复杂地质条件的情况,提出一种以记忆切割为主、截割负载煤岩分界辨识为辅的采煤机滚筒自动调高的液压控制方法.通过煤矿井下实验证明:采用该方法时,在自动跟踪采煤机记忆切割路径的基础上能够有效识别出滚筒切割到岩石时的异常状态,并对滚筒高度做自动液压调节,能够满足复杂地质条件下采煤机滚筒自动调高的控制要求.
